Barlow Property Prices

Generally speaking, Barlow property prices are in line with the adjacent post code area to the north, S17, which covers the affluent suburbs of Sheffield such as Dore, Totley and Bradway where properties in excess of £1m. are not unknown.  Terraced and some semi detached houses are probably slightly higher in Sheffield S17 but many of the larger detached properties in Barlow, particularly with land, hold their own with Sheffield prices. Prices in the neighbouring post code to the south, S41, which covers parts of Chesterfield are usually much lower.
